Day 1: Arrival in Alice Springs
Arrive in the heart of Australia – Alice Springs. Accommodation in a ranch-style hotel. After rest – acquaintance with the history of the region, visit to the Royal Flying Medical Service and Telegraph Station. Sunset excursion into the desert with stargazing.
Day 2: Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park
Early rise and drive to the main natural attraction of Australia – the Uluru monolith. Watch the sunrise, when the rock changes colors from dark red to gold. Next, a walk around Uluru, getting acquainted with the rock paintings of the natives. In the evening, dinner under the open sky with a view of the stars.
Day 3: Majestic rocks of Kata Tjuta
Excursion to Kata Tjuta - a group of huge rocks resembling domes. Hike along the Gorge of the Wind - one of the most picturesque places in the region. Return to the camp and evening conversation with local guides about the culture of the natives.
Day 4: King's Canyon
Early in the morning we go to the King's Canyon - one of the most impressive places in the desert. Walking along the edge of the canyon with fantastic views. Descent to the "Garden of Eden" - an oasis with a small pond among the steep cliffs.
Day 5: Exploring the MacDonnell Range
Travel through the picturesque mountains of the MacDonnell Range. Swimming in the natural pools of Orumpula and Glen Helen. Opportunity to encounter wild camels and emus. Dinner by the campfire with stories of the Australian outback.
Day 6: Return
Free morning in Alice Springs. Then transfer to the airport for the flight home.
